Job Description

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The individual filling this Co-op position will be a key contributor to our Company's wellness initiative.


  • Development and implementation of a May Mental Health Day Toolkit

  • Research and reading materials

  • Communication plan

  • Assist with development of presentations and PowerPoints

  • Attend Benefit and Wellbeing and Wellness Champion and Mind Well Champion committee meetings

  • Assist with development of events & event planning

  • Collaborate with benefits to elevate resources for employees

  • Meeting with vendors (FLIK and EXOS)

  • Attend trainings or discussions when available such as through BGH, WELCOA, (external) and EBRGs (internal).

  • Analyze and report on Benefits and Wellness benchmarking data

  • Support financial analysis of existing and new programs such as our Company's cancer, mental health and wellness incentive benefits

  • Assist with Benefits and Wellness strategy and design as needed

Required Education; Skills and Experience:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in at least a college sophomore year.

  • Candidate must have demonstrated leadership potential skills.

  • Candidates must be self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • Candidates must have exceptional communication skills; verbal and written.

  • Candidates must have effective networking skills.

  • Candidates must have demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidates must have ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Candidates must have exceptional collaboration skills.

  • Candidates must have Project Management skills; ability to multi-task.

  • Candidates must have analytical skills and the ability to translate insights/findings into recommendations, including an understanding of process and operational considerations.

  • Candidates must be self-starter who demonstrates a high degree of passion, drive and autonomy.

  • Candidates must have working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint in order to interpret and display data and prepare presentations.

  • This position will be completely virtual with no requirements to travel
