As a Program Manager, you will help achieve our goal of creating the industry's most differentiated, customer-centric enterprise end-to-end approach to content development, utilizing automation, data, and analytics to generate relevant content at scale, fueled by automation and an AI-enabled model.

In collaboration with various Human Health teams including US, International, and Global commercial organizations, Information Technology, and Digital, Data, and Analytics, you will support the Director of Content Optimization in defining the content capability strategy and roadmap. You will coordinate the strategic planning, execution, and scaling of novel content approaches along with embedding content optimization into our company’s ways of working. You will also identify new brand needs and content capability opportunities, mapping them against program pillars, prioritizing them in collaboration with stakeholders, and defining a three-year roadmap.

Key Duties & Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

  • Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans for US Content Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new content capabilities, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.

  • Map key stakeholders to ongoing Content POCs and initiatives, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.

  • Sponsor regular meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to share updates, gather input, and manage overall expectations related to the Content Optimization program.

  • Identify program-level risks and issues, communicate them to leadership, and drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.

  • Support and champion change management activities and long-term adoption of new content capabilities, identifying impacts to people, processes, and technology.

  • Track program-level metrics and report them to senior leadership.

  • Manage the overall Content Optimization budget including forecasting and annual planning.

  • Drive the implementation of new technology and automation solutions related to content capabilities, including process automation and GenAI, at scale.

  • Develop team members, leveraging and strengthening their skills and creating new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in project/program management, content development, campaign management, digital marketing, change management or related functions within the life sciences industry.

  • Able to work at the North Wales, PA office at least 3 days per week (Hybrid).

  • Willing to travel the amount of time the role requires: 25% per year (domestic and international).

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Program Management & Agile certifications.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive project plans and effectively coordinate activities and resources.

  • Deep understanding of the content development process, campaign management, and program management methodologies.

  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track program-level metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across functions, and at all levels.

  • Strong change management experience, with the ability to drive adoption and mitigate impact.

  • Budget management skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources and investments.

  • Familiarity with new technology and automation solutions related to content capabilities.
