Position Description:

Essential function(s) includes, but is not limited to:

Central Contract Services Specialist will function as a vital member of contract operations and the Central Contract Services group focusing on ensuring operational excellence and execution of core contracting activities such as chargebacks, membership, eligibility, and data validation. The CCS Specialist will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of these core contracting processes ensuring highest level of contract data integrity, customer service and value to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provides operational support to ensure delivery and execution of customer contract activities related to:

• Contract set up (Eligibility)

• Data validation & investigation

• Membership

• Chargebacks

• Security/SOX

• Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders to ensure customer data integrity and that contract administration is timely and meet compliance standards.

• Leads the ongoing evaluation and identification of process improvement opportunities to ensure that the Central Contract Services Team provides operational excellence in the delivery and execution of all contract related responsibilities.

• Collaborates with all key stakeholders to manage new strategies and develop SOP's as necessary and ensure adherence by staff of established SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).

• The CCS Specialist will leverage working knowledge of core contract strategies and thought leadership to ensure the success of this center of excellence.

• BS/BA degree required

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Process Oriented

• Working knowledge of MS Applications - Word, Excel, TEAMS and Outlook

• Accuracy, attention to details and ability to work under strict deadline schedule

• Ability to maintain customer focus

• Strong communication skills - written and verbal

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
