CVS Health Reporting Advisor - Trade Operations in Northbrook, Illinois
Do you want to make a large impact in your next role? The primary goal of the Trade Operations team is to drive efficiencies and alignment across Trade through organization and collaboration. The Reporting Advisor is a critical contributor to the team’s duty of providing timely, relevant and actionable insights to Trade organization leaders, including developing line-of-sight to budgetary concerns and considerations, and gathering and distributing data to create executive reports.
In this high impact role, you will develop dashboards, processes, and tools to deliver actionable insights to leadership, both executive and within the Trade organization. You will be responsible for consolidating data requirements and asks across the trade organization to develop a centralized data source, and providing information and reports to support leadership requests as needed.
Define metrics reporting approach and process: Build a holistic, data-driven approach to support the Trade Strategy. Define the data needs, definitions, ownership, governance and infrastructure requirements to enable “always-on” data that provides meaningful metrics to the Trade organization.
Build and maintain measurement dashboards: Develop the necessary reporting, data and dashboards to both measure current state of the organization. Partner with Enterprise Analytics to build dashboards for baseline measurement and tracking of Trade Strategy efforts
Support regular budget / financial review: Support annual/quarterly reviews with all external and internal partners. Facilitate, or conduct, the collection and validation of data and information to support strategic decisions. As needed, train other members within the PBM organization to review, collaborate and provide additional insights to data requests
Insight development: Gather data, analyze, and synthesize it into executive level reports, as required or desired by Senior Director, Trade – Trade Operations
To be successful, you will utilize your ability to dissect complex analytics and draw meaningful insights for senior leadership, as well as your experience communicating complex issues and relaying information in an effective manner. Your experience coordinating across cross-functional teams with the ability to elevate critical issues is also key.

- 3 years of analytics or reporting experience using spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Technical experience within the healthcare or PBM industry preferred.
Bachelor's degree is required
