We are seeking talented Manufacturing or Industrial engineers to join our team to help develop many best-in-class products and solutions in our Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Business Area in Ocala, FL. Job responsibilities include:

Provide technical guidance and support to

manufacturing operators to facilitate

assembly performance.

Apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost

and increase yields.

Must have good communication skills and be able to work

effectively in a team environment.

Investigate root cause of failures/defects

and implement corrective action to support

continuous improvement.

Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles, Work

Measurements and Time Standards,

Productivity and Performance management, Capacity Analysis, Simulation Modeling, Cost Analysis and Estimating.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited

university in a related discipline.

This position will be located at a facility

that requires special access and requires

the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

Understanding of classical Industrial Engineering skills and techniques.

Demonstrated cost reduction experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Electro-mechanical manufacturing

experience.

Working knowledge of Facility Layouts,

Design Software, and Lean Six Sigma

involvement.

Experience in Manufacturing/Union

environment, strong communication skills.
