You will be the PP&C Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager for The Ocala Operations Lockheed Martin facility.

The Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that builds circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies. The facility currently has over 1100 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume high mix and high volume low mix production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing. Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.

What You Will Be Doing

As the PP&C Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Gaining a full understanding of all Ocala SAP software systems as they relate to Production, Planning and Control.

• Candidate will work on assigned programs to provide status of hardware, monitor material for timely release to factory, maintain and monitor all control metrics, and aide in meeting all scheduled deliveries. In addition candidate will interface with the Customer to provide "Health of Program" information.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

Understanding of Material Resource Planning (MRP) and knowledge of Inventory Control.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access.

This facility requires special access and the selected candidate must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

Prior SAP experience.

American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) Certification.

Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

Previous work experience in a related discipline. Preferred disciplines such as Production Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.

Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Candidate must demonstrate a teamwork orientation.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
