We’re looking for an Assistant F&B Manager whoeffectively lead shifts to ensure excellent service and operations are consistently achieved. This is the top priority for the Assistant Manager position. ThisAssistant F&B Manager alsoembodies the Hyatt values and has previous hospitality experience. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist to manage at The Rooftop Bar. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

This is a salary position with a salary range of $66,560. - $79,400.(Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.).

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

· A minimum of 2 years of Hospitality Management Experience

· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

· Comfortable working with technology and has solid word, excel, power point skills

· The ability to coach and mentor team colleagues with emotional intelligence

· Must be team-oriented, guest-focused and personable

· Excellent planning and organizing skills

· Understanding of financials and effective payroll control

· Ability to push, pull, and carry a moderate amount of weight and ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
