We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual to fill the position of Dual Director of Sales for the Courtyard By Marriott Tampa Oldsmar and Residence Inn By Marriott Tampa Oldsmar.

The Director of Sales will develop, implement, and maximize the business plan with effective strategies through direct sales and revenue management.

This person will ensure effective communications with key accounts, potential customers, and ownership.

Understand market trends and related information for development of new marketing strategies.

Prospect new business, negotiate corporate and group pricing to drive sales and meet revenue goals.

Ensure hotel participation in all brand revenue management initiatives.

Participate in local organizations to develop business such as Chamber and CVB.

Qualifications:

Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, sales and closing skills.

CI/TY and local market experience preferred.
