CrowdStrike/Tanium Engineer
What does a successful Endpoint Security Engineering – Advisor do at Fiserv?
You will be responsible for delivery of diverse endpoint protection solutions utilizing industry-leading technologies for the global Fiserv Enterprise. Leveraging your expert skills and experience you will collaborate with end user computing, infrastructure teams, and cyber security colleagues to deliver high quality work product for assigned projects; solve complex endpoint security technology issues and process issues; and contribute to the overall endpoint protection capabilities of Fiserv.
What you will do:
Understand encryption methodology and how to apply in a large diverse environment.
Work multiple projects simultaneously and expertise implementing solutions on a global basis.
Weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to customers and management
Understand endpoint protection technologies and methodologies.
Design and implement endpoint protection services for a diverse global environment.
What you will need to have:
Requires 6+ years of related technical and business experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and/or Certifications
Should possess in-depth knowledge of endpoint detection and response technologies, especially CrowdStrike EDR, as well as, Endpoint visibility tools, such as Tanium and Tenable
A deep understanding of Endpoint Protection Services with experience in resolution of security incidents
Experience with Tanium, Tenable, and CrowdStrike technologies or similar
Defense in depth strategies and how global security infrastructures and services are deployed.
Network security fundamentals
Knowledge of network protocols, data flows, and vulnerabilities within a TCP/IP environment
Knowledge of Data Protection/Data Security programs and concepts
Knowledge of Data Centric Security Models and Methodology
Fundamental knowledge of firewalls, networks, operating systems, databases, and storage preferred.
This position requires that the successful candidate must be a lawful permanent resident or US Citizen
What would be great to have:
CISSP or specialized GIAC certification is preferred.
Ability to write scripts in some administrative language (Tk, Perl, VBScript, a shell)
Programming experience in any applicable language
