What does a successful Client Service Director for ISO Partner Solutions do at Fiserv?
The Client Service Director for Independent Sales Organization (ISO) Partner Solutions holds a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies to ensure ISO partners receive outstanding service, tailored solutions, and expert consultation. This role encompasses oversight of Full-Service Providers (FSPs), Wholesale clients, Retail clients and PFACs.
As the leader of a dedicated team of Client Service Advisors (CSAs), you will drive day-to-day portfolio management and consulting initiatives. Your leadership will focus on fostering client growth, enhancing the client experience, and delivering exceptional value at every touchpoint.
What you will do:
Develop and execute strategies to deliver high-touch service and tailored consultation to ISO partners, fostering strong relationships and client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Service Advisors (CSAs), driving performance excellence and professional growth.
Oversee the delivery of portfolio management and solution consulting services, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
Continuously refine standard operating procedures to drive operational efficiency and optimize service delivery.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve escalations with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Identify and direct client education initiatives to address training needs, strengthen engagement, and promote service adoption.
Partner with internal Shared Services teams to enhance service delivery processes and achieve greater efficiencies.
Act as a key leadership contact for ISO Partner Solutions, serving as a trusted advisor to the broader ISO base and within the Fiserv leadership team.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
10+ years of experience in client service management within the financial technology industry.
5+ years of demonstrated expertise in leading and fostering the growth of high-performing professional client service teams.
Proven history of client-centric leadership, consistently driving client growth and ensuring satisfaction through strategic focus and engagement.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills backed by measurable results.
What would be great to have:
5+ years of experience in portfolio management and solution consulting.
Familiarity with ISO partners, including Full-Service Providers, Wholesale clients, and Retail clients.
Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive measurable process improvements.
