VP, Sales Money Network
What does a successful VP, Sales Money Network do at Fiserv?
As a leader within Fiserv's Money Network division, you will drive growth and innovation in the prepaid industry. You will cultivate strategic client relationships, guide a dynamic sales team, and develop impactful sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets. Embodying Fiserv’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence, you will drive success for our clients and their customers.
What you will do:
Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive the growth of Money Network products and solutions.
Build sales quotas and targets that align to the product and enterprise team objectives to deliver impact and recurring revenues.
Develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy to significantly increase Fiserv sales and revenues through the acquisition of new accounts and expansion of existing relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
Identify and influence opportunities for operational effectiveness and improving the client experience through all phases of the sales process.
Mentor, develop, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and career development.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, education and military service.
12+ years of experience in sales within the prepaid, payments, or financial services technology industry.
12+ years of experience leading sales or relationship management teams, with emphasis on P&L management, sales management, and relationship management
Experience managing a high performing team and managing quotas >$200M in annualized revenue
Experience in presenting to and collaborating with senior leadership.
Ability to travel up to 60%
What would be great to have:
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in a relevant field.
An in-depth knowledge of banking business and operations
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Proven ability to navigate compliance and industry regulations within the prepaid sector.
Knowledge of data processing contracts and legal impact of contracts
Experience building, maintaining and leveraging relationships effectively in a matrix environment
