Role Value Proposition:

Perform various administrative support of a unit, department, operation, or location.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced and varied support. Documents key/critical transactions. Moderate to complex data entry and filling. Handles moderately complex inquiries. Images for distribution, tracks and indexes, delivers incoming requests, research location of new and existing documents. May participate in special projects.

  • Printing disability files and mailing them out.

  • Data entry of spreadsheets.

  • DPA – prints & tele.

  • MTPSupportservices mailbox – new claims, SSA requests, etc.

  • OPU installment letters.

  • Access invoices – Ariba.

  • Brynka shipments of files.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 2-4 years’ experience.

  • High School Diploma.

Preferred:

  • Proficient knowledge of unit's function and standard operating procedures.

  • Strong interpretation.

  • Proficient keyboarding/computer skills.

  • Proficient organizational skills.

  • Novice leadership and training.
