Description: The selected candidate will provide technical support to configuration management on a variety of tasks including gathering, maintaining, compiling, and manipulating data from configuration databases for development programs. Candidate will ensure configuration control of prototype hardware, compliance with serialization requirements, and on-time submittal of data deliverables. Perform analysis and prepares reports and documentation to support program meetings and to help resolve issues and problems.

Basic Qualifications:

-Pursuing a bachelors degree in a related discipline

-Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential

- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office products

- Ability to work well within teaming environment

- Some technical aptitude as either highlighted in the resume and/or discussed in interview

- Attention to details is paramount to compare results with multiple data sets

- Ability to obtain a security clearance

Desired Skills:

Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.

- Strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented towards project management

- Previous internship or work study program with DoD contractor or military affiliation

- Prior military experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
