This position supports the Central Contracts Department and F-35 Training and Logistics (T&L) Market Segment. The skills and duties of a successful candidate include:
• Must possess good communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain open and trusting relationships with internal and external customers.
• Track, compile and coordinate electronic Contracting Environment reports for the TLS Contracts department for on time delivery and
• Ability to work in cross-functional team environment as an active participant to track canceling funds across F-35.
• Maintain accurate and complete contractual records for closeout as required by internal policies and procedures.
• Performs contract closeout duties and responsibilities in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and sound business judgment.
• Primary interface with DCAA for annual audits.
• Coordinate with the F-35 proposal team and contracts team for proposal tracking and metrics.
• Identify and coordinate process improvement opportunities
• Primary interface with DCMA for closeout, quick closeout and tracking.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with internal/external customers and leadership
• Basic knowledge of Truth in Negotiations (TINA), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and communicate issues quickly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired Skills:
• Direct Customer Interface Experience
• SAP knowledge
• Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPAF/IF, T&M).
• Must be a U.S Citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Experience with multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPAF/IF, T&M).
• Basic knowledge and understanding of DoD Government contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail and teamwork-oriented.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
