Description: The Strategy & Business Development Analyst for Advanced Programs works in a fast paced, innovative environment to provide cutting edge solutions to our customers, focusing on autonomy partnerships with the full range of S&F customers (DARPA, AFRL, ONR, ARL, etc). The BD and Strategy Analyst works side-by-side with Program Management and engineering team members to translate customer needs (current and anticipated) into discriminating technical and business solutions for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control product lines.

This role is responsible for long range strategic and technology planning, business opportunity identification and validation, capture plan development and execution, and customer interaction management. This role focuses on new business captures for autonomy across all MFC S&T customers.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or science discipline. - Minimum 15 years experience in military or aerospace systems or equivalent in either industry or the Government. - Current working knowledge of doing business with DoD Service Laboratories, specifically DARPA, AFRL and/OR ONR. - Demonstrated business strategy and capture skills and experiences within the DoD Science and technology community. - Must possess strong organizational and

interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, clients, and functions. - Ability to travel domestically. - U.S citizen - - Ability to obtain US Government Top Secret clearance. Secret clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years.

Desired Skills:

- Master's or Doctorate Degree in an engineering or science discipline. - Demonstrated business strategy and capture skills and experiences within the DoD Science and technology community, particularly autonomy.

- Must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, clients, and functions.
