Hilton Leisure Sales Coordinator - Conrad Orlando in Orlando, Florida

The stunning resort features 433 rooms (to include 51 impeccably designed suites and 10 spacious family suites), 65,000 square feet of meeting space (40,000 indoor and 25,000 outdoor), the award-winning Conrad Spa Orlando, two 18-hole golf courses, and 5 diverse food and beverage outlets.

  • Shift: Monday through Friday

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Luxury Leisure Travel Advisors, Consortia, and tour operators. Proficiency in Hilton PMS is highly preferred.

What will I be doing?

  • Responsible for communications with Top Luxury Travel Advisors, Consortia, Tour Operators, and Wholesale Companies.
  • Ensuring VIP amenities and welcome letters/notes are recorded and delivered.
  • Ensure American Express/FHR guests are recognized daily by the Front Desk Team and Resort Staff
  • Responsible for the preparation of Tour Operator/Wholesale contracts. Maintaining and distribution of Stop Sell Reports.
  • Responsible for initiating reservations and maintaining existing reservations in the PMS for Luxury Travel Advisors and Consortia as needed. Communicating to external customers any communication deemed necessary by the director or managers.
  • Assist the Director of Leisure Sales upon request to conduct site inspections with Luxury Travel Advisors, Tour Operators, and Wholesale companies visiting guest rooms and other hotel facilities.
  • Act as Director of Leisure Sales when they are on travel.
  • Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Copying and distributing internal/external letters, forms, bookings, contracts, resumes, room lists, schedules, and mail. E-mail correspondence directed by managers as needed. Filing, faxing, and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Answer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requests.
  • Assist other commercial managers (Group Sales, Marketing, etc), as needed
