We are experiencing growth and seeking a Signature Management/Low Observables (LO) Lead Engineer experienced in the development of a complex system responsible for the design, analysis, integration, testing, and verification activities to ensure system signature performance requirements are achieved.

What You Will Be Doing

* The LO Engineer will perform analysis of vehicle and component RCS predicted performance to include LO performance trade studies during the program design phase.

* The LO Engineer will perform roll-ups of component data and will coordinate performance specification allocations to both internal designs and to supplier designs.

* During system integration and test, measured data will be analyzed for LO design verification.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Candidate must have experience with the following Low Observable Engineering assignments:

* Performing design analyses/trade studies for material selection, platform configuration and RF/Low Observable design.

* Demonstrated knowledge, or experience, ranging from RF to Millimeter Wave (MMW) scattering phenomena.

**Minimum of a Secret or Top Secret Clearance with a current background investigation within 5 years required to start, therefore you must be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills:

A BSEE or BS in Physics is desired along with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Prior experience with system RCS design, analysis, and testing through the program lifecycle.

Prior experience with utilizing Xpatch and method of moments analysis codes for RCS predictions.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
