THE WORK
We are seeking a skilled Subcontract Administrator (SCA) to support our Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Program. In this role, you'll oversee and manage significant subcontracts across all stages, from proposal to execution and closure. Some of your responsibilities will include administering Proprietary Information Agreements, preparing RFP packages, analyzing subcontractor proposals, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

You are an experienced Subcontract Administrator with a strong background in procurement and contract management. You possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with a deep understanding of acquisition policies and procedures. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related Business discipline
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain
• SAP or similar ERP experience
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
Desired Skills:
• Experience with supply chain activities to include procurement systems, production schedules, and IPT structures
• LMAP knowledge
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Critical thinker/Problem Solver
• Government contracting experience
• Prior experience in a related industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with negotiating skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills required in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
