The Work:

As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:

• Design requirements, integration and testing for all phases of the product life cycle

• Perform engineering obsolescence trade studies

• Perform requirements analysis using DOORS NEXT

• Ensure successful completion of milestones leading to the full verification, validation, and delivery of product capabilities

• Develop systems architecture and author performance specifications and interface control document

• Read and interpret Hardware design drawings and parts list

• Conduct integration and test execution; trouble shooting and problem resolution

This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and holds Secret security clearance to start.

A level 4 employee is typically mid-career and has 7 to 9+ or more years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 or more years of engineer experience

• Experience working with DOORS NEXT

• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall processes

• Track record performing design and analysis of systems for Automated Test Equipment

• Conducted design and specifications of instrumentation for integrated systems level field testing

• Lead design reviews for Automated Test Equipment components

Desired Skills:

• Prior Test Program Set (TPS) experience desired

• Prior experience as a Hardware Engineer with experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and parts list

• Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM)

• Experience working in an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) lab

• Previous experience with Model Base System Engineering with CAMEO

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
