Lockheed Martin Multi-Functional Financial Analyst in Owego, New York
Description: Program Finance Analyst – Responsible for providing comprehensive financial management, planning, analysis and reporting support for MH-60 Development, International, Production, and Sustainment contracts within the RMS-Mission Systems business area. Work directly with NHP & Sustainment Program Management and Finance Mgmt staff to ensure compliance with all PPM process requirements. Specific tasks include: weekly contract cost tracking; cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting; generate customer financial reports; update financial outlooks; conduct staffing/manpower planning analysis and reporting; conduct EAC/CEAC analysis; identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations to contain program cost exposures; coordinate monthly TPETC statusing in EVM tools; conduct orders, sales, profit and cash forecasting for assigned contracts; work directly with program Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain contract budget baselines; Budget Change Request (BCR) analysis and incorporation into financial tools; interface with Master Planning/Scheduling staff as needed, in order to properly integrate cost and schedule; assist in development of LRP & Operating Plans; assist in preparing the Quarterly CSR packages; support the development of proposals and ROM estimates as needed; participate in the conduct of baseline reviews, program and customer reviews; and other financial research projects as required. Periodic travel to customer sites the may be required.
Financial analysis and accounting skills
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point
- Experience with financial planning and forecasting process
- Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting knowledge and experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial toolsets: SAP, Cobra, Compass, Winsight, Hyperion
- Experience working on multiple contract types (Fixed Price, Cost Plus, IDIQ, etc)
