Role SummaryThis role will support data and analytics needs for enterprise marketing, supporting our global marketing teams across digital, content, brand marketing, lead generation and others to promote data driven decision making. They will conduct highly complex analyses and evaluate data and reporting to deliver business insights to diverse stakeholder groups. Responsible for advanced data visualizations to assist business stakeholders uncover actionable business insights. Continuously improves data analytics processes.Responsibilities
In partnership with business stakeholders, conducts descriptive and diagnostic analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
Creates recurring and ad-hoc reports for various groups within Enterprise Marketing. Pulls and manages data to ensure regular updates to data visualization dashboards. Assists in tagging, data cleaning and data management for large scale reports to help streamline speed to delivery and ensure accuracy of data.
Design, develop and troubleshoot data workflows to automate data preparation and analysis for use in dashboards and recurring analysis.
Ensures accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
Prepares visualizations and delivers results to management and/or other leaders. In partnership with business subject matter experts, provides recommendations for addressing observed outcomes. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences.
Regularly meets with stakeholders to define data-related requirements, ensure reporting is accurate, meets their needs and is provided with the proper business context.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
Proficient in Excel
Experience and understanding of marketing, sales, distribution, or asset management metrics and KPIs.
Development experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Experience using Alteryx or SQL.
Experience with marketing and sales databases and tools, including Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$75,500.00 - $129,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$83,000.00 - $142,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role . Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package . Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
