Role Summary

Manages the life cycle for assigned products and value-add offers that engage and deliver value to the client. Carries out the strategy for those products and offers set by more senior staff.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will help us strengthen the positioning of T. Rowe Price products, including, but not limited to, mutual funds and ETFs.

  • We expect this person to collaborate with other product partners to advocate on behalf of the Individual Investor client-base and contribute towards consistency with how T. Rowe Price products are positioned across all channels.

  • This person will also work cross functionally to ensure investment product related changes and/or updates are coordinated appropriately in order to hit required deadlines.

  • This person will work closely with go-to-market teams, which includes representation from Segment, Sales, and Client Experience, to advocate for the product vision.

  • We are looking for a candidate with an innovative, curious, growth-driven mindset who can deliver on existing planned activity as well as identify and deliver new initiatives to broaden our ability to educate our clients on the value of T. Rowe Price fund capabilities.

  • This person may be asked to work on special projects that are not directly aligned to the promotion of T. Rowe Price funds but are still critical to achieving department goals.

    Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a financial services-oriented sales or marketing role with familiarity with retail investment vehicles and asset classes.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively connect with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, work under pressure and within tight timelines.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$91,500 - $156,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
