Role Summary:

The Offer Manager in Individual Investors will organize, enhance, and oversee delivery of the benefits available to T. Rowe Price clients, most notably through the T. Rowe Price Summit Program.

Responsibilities:

  • This person will create and develop relationships across Individual Investors including teams such as Marketing, Data, Sales, Services, Recordkeeping, Client Experience, and Operations.

  • This person will collect feedback from partner teams and clients to identify opportunities to enhance the benefits offered. Enhancements can include process automation, reduction of risk, attraction of new clients, and relationship enhancement of existing clients.

  • We are looking for a candidate who is motivated, intellectually curious, and organized. They can deliver on existing planned activity as well as identify and deliver new initiatives to broaden our ability to educate our clients on the value of T. Rowe Price capabilities.

    Qualifications:Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

    Preferred:

  • Experience in an Operations, Client Experience, or Marketing role.

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively connect with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time, work under pressure, and within tight timelines.

  • Financial Services experience and familiarity with investment products (mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, etc.)

  • Demonstrated success leading and working with large cross functional teams.

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize and filter data.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodology concepts and using data to inform decision-making.

  • Some SQL knowledge or the ability to query internal datasets.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$91,500 - $156,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
