Role Summary

This role will serve in the Marketing Intelligence function within Global Marketing as the senior analyst responsible for media mix marketing optimization, analysis, insights, and optimizations. They will partner with the Marketing Intelligence and Global Brand and PR teams to develop cross-channel marketing optimization and measurement models (ex. Media Mix) to drive improvements to marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to understand needs, deliver insights, and drive performance improvements

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate strategy and contribute to annual marketing planning cadence, ensuring alignment and support for plans and key initiatives

  • Provide timely, regular reporting and performance monitoring to business stakeholders

  • Work closely with the digital marketing teams to communicate marketing mix performance and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies using a data-first approach

  • Set KPIs and develop comprehensive dashboards to monitor and report on performance marketing outcomes, ensuring that campaigns are continually optimized for maximum ROI

  • Collaborate with product, segment, brand and strategy teams to develop and test new marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and conversion funnels, improve ad creatives, landing pages, and achieve lift in conversion rates in all cross channel platforms

  • Cultivate strong relationships with Brand Marketing, Product & Business Segments and other Data & Analytics teams to drive meaningful tests, adoption and improvements in marketing performance

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

Preferred:

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Experience managing Media Mix Model (MMM) vendors and processes

  • Experience and understanding of marketing, sales, distribution, or asset management metrics and KPIs.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

  • Experience using Alteryx or SQL.

  • Experience with marketing and sales databases and tools, including Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Base Salary Ranges

$94,500.00 - $161,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers

$103,000.00 - $177,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.

$117,000.00 - $201,000.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role . Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package . Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
