Description:

The Overnight Public Area Attendant is responsible for fulfilling the guest requests and making deliveries to guestrooms in a timely manner.

This position is fast-paced with constant customer interaction fulfilling guest requests and making deliveries to guestrooms in a timely manner. It is also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the public areas and the back-of-house areas. Communicating with guests and staff to ensure needs are met. Assisting with projects and special tasks and setting up the areas for success for the next day.

Qualifications:

  • Communication skills verbal English, Spanish, Papiamento

  • Prior housekeeping experience is strongly preferred

  • Customer service

  • Positive mindset

  • Attention to detail

  • Team player

  • Ability to push and pull heavy loads

  • Able to walk and stand/move for long durations of time

  • Able to work flexible schedule shifts, weekends, and holidays
