The Recreation Coordinator will make sure that the daily operations are a success.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all guest correspondence is answered professionally and promptly.

• Reserve pool and beach umbrellas, palapas, and cabanas through I-Palapa.

• Professionally assist guests with their inquiries over the phone.

• Process all purchase orders.

• Complete the month-end closing.

• Edit and close department payroll.

• Manage alldepartment-relatedadministrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative skills are essential.

• Willingness to learn the I-Beach services reservation system.

• Organizational and time management skills.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Computer skills are required, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Must be a team player.

• A friendly personality is essential.

• Open to constructive feedback.

• Able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
