The certified/licensed Salon Professional specializing in hair and nails will play an essential role in our salon team, dedicated to delivering top-notch services that enhance the overall satisfaction of our valued guests. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, showcasing the salon professional's expertise and commitment to creating a positive salon experience.

Hair and Nail Services:

· Perform a range of salon services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized treatments, based on guest preferences and requests.

· Stay informed about the latest trends in hair and nail care to offer modern and innovative services.

Consultations and Adaptability:

· Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair and nail care needs, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.

· Adapt seamlessly to changes in scheduling and unexpected demands to provide a smooth and tailored guest experience.

Workload Management:

· Manage a busy schedule, handling multiple appointments throughout the day while ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely services.

· Efficiently coordinate and transition between various hair and nail services, considering different service durations.

Workspace Maintenance:

· Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, following established protocols for salon cleanliness and safety.

· Contribute to the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the salon, assisting in the setup and organization of workstations.

Team Collaboration:

· Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and stay informed about the latest techniques and products.

· Collaborate with fellow salon professionals, estheticians, and salon staff to create a cohesive and enjoyable salon experience for guests.

Service Delivery:

· Deliver high-quality and professional hair and nail services as outlined in the salon menu, consistently exceeding client expectations and contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

Certification and Professional Development:

· Possess a valid certification or license in cosmetology with a focus on hair and nails from a recognized and accredited institution.

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through continuous education and professional development.
