--Lockheed Martin (LM) Advanced Development Program (ADP) --SKUNK WORKS--

LM ADP is looking for a fluid systems engineer to perform integration trade studies of new or existing fluid systems into existing or development aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for

- Performing analytical trade studies that support fluid system related air-vehicle development

- Coordination with supporting suppliers

- Support development, test, and production of the system.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 or more years of professional experience.

This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale.

Engineering Aeronautics

Basic Qualifications:

-- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent degree program).

-- Experience designing aircraft fluid systems

-- Experience with modeling and simulation of fluid systems.

Desired Skills:

-- Prior experience related to the development of aircraft:

* Environmental Control Systems (ECS)

* Hydraulic systems

* Fuel systems

-- Experience with aerospace industry supplier management

-- Experience with any of the following industry analysis tools:

* FloMaster

* Amesim


* Easy 5

* Catia V5

-- Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with aerospace fluid system industry standards
