This position is with the Manufacturing Test Engineering (MTE) organization that directly supports the ADP. This position is 100% on site.

The MTE Associate Manager:

• Manages the team that supports the ADP Production Operations Build Team with Multiple Systems Checkout through the lifecycle of the aircraft.

• Supports testing and validation of numerous sub-systems including but not limited to Electrical System, Avionics, Weapons and Mechanical.

• Works as part of a larger team responsible for the testing of all Systems and Sub-Systems on the aircraft. • Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and trains use of test equipment for programs across the Enterprise. • • • Authors and maintains complex test procedures for use by Production Operations.

• Supports the MTE Projects Team with the project management and acquisition of Test Equipment and Support Equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams+.

• Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) experience ( e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.).

• Secret Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years - required to apply and ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access prior to start per business requirements

• Aircraft experience, including system-level troubleshooting skills.

• Functional test experience (i.e., creating, maintaining, and operating System Check Out Procedures for vehicle systems, and providing technical test support or overseeing the development and maintenance of vehicle functional test requirements used to test systems.).

• Leadership experience

Desired Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

• Prior team lead or lead-type experience.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced production testing environment.

• Ability to think through complex and frequently changing issues to make sound business decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a STEM discipline.

• Greenbelt certified and RCCA experience

• Special Program Access

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
