Lockheed Martin Senior Data Analyst - Industrial Engineering (Level 3) in Palmdale, California

As our business grows, we are looking to expand our industrial engineering team with someone who can help us deliver breakthrough capabilities that redefine our production systems. This talented team member understands data and loves building tools that use data to surface problems and give people a convenient way to act. This is a mid-career opportunity where you will:

• Design and develop compelling and intuitive visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Tableau, Smart Boxes (Mazak Boxes), website interfaces, Simio simulations.

• Provide indirect program assembly and manufacturing shop floor support including creation of capacity resource / load charts, schedules, machine OEE, and performance metrics to surface opportunities in production and drive improvements.

• Own process improvement efforts, ensuring adoption and sustainment while demonstrating results.

• Become an expert in data environments at ADP and building data pipelines from source to client inspiring customer confidence in IE products.

• Document your work and train stakeholders and peers.

• Be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have the ability to obtain a secret level clearance after hire.

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications :

• Technical Bachelor's degree or higher education from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education

• Hands-on experience using statistical methods for data analysis and/or expertise in ETL software such as Tableau Prep

• Familiarity with basic data architecture or database relationships

• Experience monitoring and reporting metrics related to cost and schedule

• Experience developing resource loading plans, performing capacity analysis and level-loading and/or manpower scheduling

• Bachelor's degree in an Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering or related discipline

• Industrial Engineering experience

• Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM)

• Expertise in Python, Excel Macros, Access, SQL, Simio, digital production metric displays

• Experience with SAP, 3DX, and/or Teamcenter

• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices

• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments

• Aircraft Production Experience or New Production Line Experience

• Earned Value Management (EVM), an understanding of Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)
