Pfizer Sr Assoc HR, Performance & Strategic Projects, GTS in Peapack, New Jersey


Reporting to the Senior Director, Colleague Insights, the Senior Associate will be responsible for project management support and Global execution of Colleague Insights programs and processes that generate people insights, including performance management, organizational survey and assessment and people analytics, to drive engagement and create an outstanding experience for colleagues.


  • Support the development andimplementation of programs and processes that generate people insights including performance management (Performance & Leadership Insights, PLI), organizational survey and assessmentandpeople analytics.

  • Contribute to the development of project plans and drive execution of programstomeet agreed targetsand milestones, including coordination with external vendor partners.

  • Partner with Digitalto develop the bespoke systemthatsupportsperformance management,including ensuring alignment with stakeholders on the overall design,requirementscreation, prioritization, and user experience testing

  • Partner withColleagueService Center to ensure knowledge transfer to support colleague questions on processes and programs and respond to escalated issues.

  • Respond to colleagueand Human Resource partnersquestions,identifyand address issues, and develop solutions in partnership with key stakeholders.

  • Recommend and drive systemand programchanges and continuous process improvement based on user feedback and changing business needs.

  • Track program and project budgets


  • Bachelorsdegree in business-related discipline

  • 3+years experience

  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale, global,enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Excellent project management skillsincludingdemonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully complete complex projects within defined budgets and timelines with an attention to details

  • Experience working with Excel includingability to manage and manipulate large data files and ability to ensure dataaccuracy;working knowledge of pivot tablesandv-lookup a plus

  • Stronginterpersonal skills andinternal customer focus

  • Strongconsultative, problem solvingskills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectivelyin an environment ofchange and ambiguity
