ThePortfolio Oversight Managermanages the day to day investment oversight responsibilities for his/her assigned book of business, inclusive of Investment Policy Statement, Reg 9, Asset Allocation Monitoring and continuous monitoring. The POM, under the guidance of a Senior POM, is responsible for determining an appropriate investment action plan and monitoring adherence. The POM, working in consultation with the Senior POM and/or their Portfolio Oversight Director, is available to MLTC Trust Specialists and Financial Advisors for questions during the manager selection process for new accounts and/or investment manager changes. Incumbent is an investment professional who demonstrates knowledge of MLTC products and solutions as well as the ability to oversee a book of business with keen attention to detail. He/she also demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with a diverse group of constituents in order to bring about optimum outcomes and increased client satisfaction.

Requirements :

• A minimum 4 years of investment decision making and financial consulting experience working with high net worth clients and ultra-high net worth clients.

• The ideal candidate will bring an appropriate mix of financial services expertise, investment management and business development experience.

• This individual will have held positions of increasing responsibility with an established and prestigious financial services firm, most likely in a wealth management, private banking and/or trust field.

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent preferred as well as holding or in pursuit of appropriate credentials such as CPA, CFP and or CFA designation.

Desired Experience :

• Financial industry knowledge and experience, preferred, not required
