Portfolio Oversight Manager I -

The incumbent manages the day to day investment oversight responsibilities for his/her assigned book of business, inclusive of IPS, Reg 9, AAM and continuous monitoring. The POM, under the guidance of a Senior POM, is responsible for determining an appropriate investment action plan and monitoring adherence. The POM, working in consultation with the Senior POM and/or their Portfolio Oversight Director, is available to business partners, Trust Specialists, TOs, FAs, etc., for questions during the manager selection process for new accounts and/or investment manager changes. Incumbent is an investment professional who demonstrates knowledge of firm products and solutions as well as the ability to oversee a book of business with keen attention to detail. He/she has a proven track record of keeping exceptions to a minimum. He/she also demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with a diverse group of constituents in order to bring about optimum outcomes and increased client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of fiduciary and financial products and services Strong communications skills, personal drive and initiative, and a high degree of professionalism. . Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent preferred as well as progress toward designations such as CPA, CFP, CFA, CIMA, CAIA and/or MBA.
