Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop and implement systems engineering activities to include os technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities.

  • Perform complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities.

  • Establish input and output processes and working parameters for hardware compatibility and coordination of subsystems design and integration of the total system.

  • Assess support resources to remediate active or potential incidents, problems or processes.

  • Analyze the server patching process to provide technical solutions, including scanning, patching, remediation and reporting.

  • Perform deployments and upgrades, and resolve trouble shooting issues in the production environments.

  • Integrate SSO with externally hosted vendor applications using saml including ping identity federation and other applications.

  • Draft technical documentation to handle multiple communication channels during production issues.

  • Aggregate and analyze logs with shell commands, Splunk or other log aggregation tools.

  • Support web access management solutions including ping access and ca SiteMinder and support federated IAM protocols, including saml, oauth, and openid connect.

  • Support directory services infrastructure with apache, IIS solutions and other technologies.

  • Involve in software development life cycle for patching, vulnerability remediation management, and change management across platforms and systems.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, CIS, MIS or related; and

  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

  • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Drafting technical documentation to handle multiple communication channels during production issues;

  • Aggregating and analyzing logs with shell commands, Splunk or other log aggregation tools;

  • Supporting web access management solutions including ping access and ca SiteMinder and supporting federated IAM protocols, including saml, oauth, and openid connect;

  • Supporting directory services infrastructure with apache, IIS solutions and other technologies; and,

  • Involving in software development life cycle for patching, vulnerability remediation management, and change management across platforms and systems.
