Job Description:

Maintains and enhances relationships with existing BRS clients. Ensures client satisfaction through periodic client meetings and discussions covering service levels, plan utilization, product offerings, and fund investment performance. Works with sales, plan administration, and operations staff. May participate in finals presentations. Resolves complex problems and is assigned relatively smaller and less complex clients. Has a thorough understanding of clients requirements. While incumbents have overall responsibility for client relationships, day-to-day service and administrative issues are handled by plan administration staff. Typically has five or more years of DC/DB related relationship management and/or plan administration experience. Strong communications skills and good working knowledge of the company's products and services. Operates under direction.

  • Build strong rapport with clients and internal partners to support the growth of Institutional Trust and Custody business.

  • Develop, support, and implement new product initiatives and strategies.

Required Skills

  • 3 or more years of DB/ITCS related relationship management and plan administration or similar experience

  • Working knowledge of ERISA fiduciary trust responsibilities

Desired Skills:

  • Background or experience working in the investment management industry is desired, as the candidate will have frequent, on-going interaction with Private Bank and Merrill associates to discuss strategic investment initiatives for client accounts.
