The Finance Website & Analytics Manager – Construction Industries, involves overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of a financial website and analytics platform. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and strategic thinking to ensure that the company's digital financial tools are effective and user-friendly, partner and lead analytics initiatives and support other key projects.

This role requires a combination of technical skills, such as proficiency in web development and analytics tools, and soft skills, such as communication and project management. The Finance Website and Analytics Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that the company's digital financial tools are effective, secure, and user-friendly.

What You Will Do:

  • Website Development: Creating and maintaining website, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional.

  • Code Review and Deployment: Initiating code review requests, making necessary changes, and deploying code to production environments using tools like Azure DevOps and GIT.

  • Site Features and Functionality: Developing and maintaining site features and functionality required for the processes on the site to function and meet user experience requirements.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as IT, Operations, and Machine Groups to ensure the website meets business needs and requirements. As well as partnering with enterprise data teams to collaborate on projects and solutions

  • Identifying, sizing and prioritizing business opportunities for improvement through analytics.

  • User Experience (UX) Optimization: Continuously improving the user experience on the website by implementing best practices in UX design and conducting user testing.

  • Project Management: Leading projects related to website and analytics enhancements. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans, and managing timelines and budgets.

  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring that the website complies with relevant financial regulations and standards. This includes implementing security measures to protect sensitive financial data.

  • Training and Support: Providing training and support to internal users of the website and analytics tools. This includes creating user guides and conducting training sessions.

  • Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data on the website. This includes managing data feeds, performing data validation, and troubleshooting any data-related issues.

  • Assessing the scope and resources required of various analytics projects and working with manager to define necessary resources.

  • Managing client relations to ensure that project expectations are managed, and fulfilled.

  • Monitoring and communicating key performance metrics and operational challenges.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Python (Django and/or Flask)

  • JavaScript / HTML / CSS

  • Experience with relational databases and database management

  • Experience with Git, version control, CI/CD

  • Experience with deployment and management of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
