Job Summary:

Support execution of retail business portfolio, including product reviews, forecasting and royalty support.

What You Will Do:

• Support the business objective and opportunities to grow the brand through licensing.

• Ensuring forecasts are entered into the appropriate systems and completed in a timely manner.

• Driving continuous process and system improvements.

• Identifying assumptions, risks, and opportunities to the forecast.

• Understanding the licensed merchandise, including its features, target audience, and competitive landscape

What You Will Have:

Alignment: Knowledge of the importance of collaboration among team members and the ability to enroll stakeholders in communicating and coordinating activities to support the organization's vision and strategies.

Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.

Analytical Approach: Understanding of the value of accurately analyzing the current environment and ability to synthesize ideas and information required for process improvement into a manageable form.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).

Considerations For Top Candidates:

• Ability to tell the story of data finds-Storytelling

• Analyzing the market

• Forecasting and reporting of financial data/records

• Experience analyzing data

• Budget experience is a huge plus

• Knowledge of Branding Merchandising

• Background within Marketing

• Attention to detail
