Job Summary
Creates employee communications content; participates in the execution of employee communications programs for the Global Construction & Infrastructure Division, representing the go to market sales and marketing strategy for all construction products.

Summary Pay Range: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
*Hourly Rate is based on the major/degree being pursued and the number of completed academic hours achieved prior to the start of the internship.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a full-time, four-year accredited college or university or graduate school in one of the following degree programs: Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism or Marketing.
Minimum 3.0/4.0 Cumulative GPA (no rounding).
Expected graduation: December 2025 and beyond.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, etc.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and advising on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts.
Tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications.
Assisting in the planning and creation of content for employee communication channels; ensuring that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels.
Developing and distributing communications materials, such as written communications, presentation materials, etc. to deliver key messages.
