Caterpillar’s Earthmoving (EMD) division’s products play a significant role in helping our customers build a better world. We have an exciting career opportunity for you to join our team as a Senior Parts & Service Consultant, where you will drive key initiatives that enhance our service offerings!
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with partners across the enterprise as you lead EMD parts and service growth projects from end to end.
Complete analysis and research to identify new opportunities and industry trends to enable services growth.
Ensure parts governance through gathering data on actions/results and preparing materials for governance updates to senior leadership.
What You Will Have:
Customer Focus: Facilitate the creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues by using your knowledge of values and experience in aligning customer needs with satisfaction related to parts availability, warranty, and growing services.
Problem Solving: Use your knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational problems to identify and organize potential problem solvers and lead problem resolution efforts.
Strategic Thinking: Use your "big picture" thinking and planning abilities to makes sound business decisions on behalf of the group when faced with complex and contradictory alternatives.
Effective Communications: Work with partners and all levels of the organization, using your understanding of concepts, tools, and techniques to disseminate ideas, information, and needs to achieve targets.
Top candidates will also bring:
Aftermarket or lifecycle management experience
Project leadership experience.
Additional Details
Location: Peoria, IL
Travel: 25% domestic and international travel
Relocation assistance IS available for this position.

Summary Pay Range:
$144,960.00 - $217,320.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
