About the American Express Discovery Program

The American Express Discovery Program (ADP) is a four day in-person and virtual early-decision program that affords promising undergraduate students the opportunity to learn about American Express, our business units, culture, and colleagues from our Black Engagement Network, Hispanic Origin and Latin American Network and our Office of Enterprise Inclusion, Diversity and Business Engagement. As part of our Blue Box Values, we embrace diversity and stand for inclusion. Those values are brought to life by finding the best candidates who not only hold the unique skills and diverse perspectives necessary for the role, but also reflect the communities we come from and the customers that we serve daily around the world.

What Backgrounds/Experiences Are We Looking For

Creating a diverse team is a critical part of our success. We are looking for diverse students - with a strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, ability to build relationships, and an interest in the financial services industry.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate degree program

  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership aptitude

  • Desire to continually learn, collaborate and grow

We are accepting applications from a variety of majors, including Business Management, Communications, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics or related quantitative or business majors.

The final application deadline is Friday, June 28th, 2024, at 11:59pm ET .

Qualifications

Salary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly sign-on bonus

The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
