If you are located in Arizona, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages calendars and schedules appointments
Acts as liaison between patients, pharmacy, and other care teams
Propose members to enroll in various disease state management programs and obtain their approval
Follows job procedures and call guidelines
Advise members to receive specialized care and medication review by a clinical pharmacist
Available to attend Company programs, events, team meetings and/or conferences.
Uses data to compose and update confidential correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and other complex documents
Maintains current and archived files
Maintains phone lists
Provide receptionist responsibilities as needed
Establish relationships and collaborate with team members and external resource personnel to facilitate office operations
Maintains very strict confidentiality on all matters within the office
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Certified Pharmacy Technician License or 2+ years of related experience as an administrative assistant to a team or medical assistant
1+ years of customer service experience
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed to local offices, providing your own transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Type 40wpm
Bilingual (English, Spanish)
