The Colleague & Labor Relations (CLR) Strategy & Enablement team is a global team that enables the CLR operational teams to meet their mission by focusing on the development and implementation of critical strategic initiatives, driving a global perspective and providing consistency throughout CLR, resulting in data-driven insights, mitigated risk, and an enhanced colleague experience.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The CLR Manager will focus on CLR data analytics and identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within CLR and across the organization and make a difference in our approach to workplace conduct and culture. The role will build reporting infrastructure and materials to support the CLR function. It will lead a broad range of activities both within the market and regionally, while also collaborating globally, including data quality, compliance and training to deliver on CLR and CEG (HR) goals, with an enhanced focus on business conduct. Due to the global composition of the team, the nature of the work, key partnerships and the reporting relationship, this role will be expected to accommodate working across APAC/European/US time zones with the flexibility to work beyond traditional working hours as needed.

  • Build ongoing and successful partnerships with a range of partners, understanding their priorities whilst delivering on the objectives of S&E.

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise of CLR across regions and lines of business, including CLR data and CLR Portal database and reporting system, as well as other CEG (HR) systems.

  • Develop deep subject matter expertise of regional internal & external market drivers, employment laws and regulations, industry trends, and strategy.

  • Support focus on data integrity, including quality reviewing regional data and providing guidance and training to CLR market teams and business partners.

  • In conjunction with global efforts, develop and write queries to analyze regional data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across CLR areas, including conduct and culture.

  • Collaborate with the team to drive regional requirement gathering, dashboard design and buildout to build scalable data models that can support a growing CLR function.

  • Craft and develop regional reporting materials, such as reports, presentations, and visual aids to inform and influence decisions.

  • Drive organizational change and bring others along on the data integrity journey.

  • Lead regional data requests for sensitive colleague information maintaining data privacy and confidentiality and ensuring a high degree of accuracy.

  • Develop ways to measure CLR processes and strategic initiatives.

  • Support business conduct and operational excellence related processes including Standard Operating Procedures, PRSAs and regulatory changes.

  • Act as a regional expert, guiding the business on CLR related considerations when crafting and implementing changes in a market/region and bringing together input from the local CLR teams as needed.

  • Engage with regional and global CLR leadership, as well as regional HR and business unit leadership.

  • Read and interpret regional CLR cases with regional/global lens to better understand CLR data.

  • Be part of a positive team working environment and lead, run and participate in ad-hoc initiatives / other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications

  • Advanced English (written & spoken).

  • Minimum 5 years Human Resources/CEG experience with a demonstrated solid understanding of employee and labor relations, operational processes, data analytics and reporting.

  • Established record of building partnerships and collaboration within a matrix environment.

  • Ability to think critically and independently and provide thought leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to address any issue through collaboration; ability to proactively anticipate problems and opportunities and confidence to use initiative to pursue solutions.

  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written skills, including the ability to translate complex and disparate information into a comprehensive and cohesive conclusion to be understood by all levels of the organization.

  • Strong working experience with MS office applications, including extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge and working experience working with Tableau visualization software and Power BI.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; confident in engaging with senior leadership.

  • Ability to lead work with the utmost level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Subject matter expertise of regional labor/employment laws and compliance requirements.

  • Strong sense of business insight and attention to detail.

  • Adaptable, logical, and capable of flexing solutions and changing demands.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
