We are looking for a forward-thinking Project Manager to support the Fraud Global Fraud Business Integration (GBI) team by overseeing, innovating, and driving optimal end-to-end processes across markets.

The ideal candidate will be able to deliver successful results in a fast-changing environment by establishing and leveraging strong working relationships with product owners, production leaders, project partners (Operations, Regulatory Strategy, GLKM, MIS, Legal/Compliance) to ensure that Frauds operational needs are accounted for and that the execution of initiatives is flawless, with potentially negative impacts minimized and opportunities to realize expected benefits maximized.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Leading a team of Business Analysts across multiple locations.

  • Developing and implementing Global Fraud strategies through effective planning, prioritization, and innovation.

  • Developing comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budget.

  • Partnering with Risk and Operations to implement optimal Fraud controls using project management and communication skills.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders across the Global Fraud organization and key stakeholders.

  • Supporting Fraud Governance and case review forums.

  • Supporting business decisions with ad hoc analysis as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 18 months Project Management or similar experience required.

  • Creative problem solver and productive working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must to effectively articulate complex strategies and influence decisions across various levels of leadership in multiple Lines of Business.

  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resilience with a fast-changing environment, including supporting a team and projects in multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Vizio, Word, OneNote, etc.

  • Experience or knowledge of the Fraud industry.

  • People leadership experience.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefits
