How will you make an impact in this role?

The Tech Portfolio Management Platform Health team is hiring a Portfolio Manager for a highly visible role focused on driving change across a global organization. The role involves managing the Platform Health Portfolio and Program Management process, requiring strong financial management, investment analytics, attention to detail, and executive presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver portfolio and program management reporting, financial modelling, and insights for transparency.

  • Develop, track, and validate operational outcomes and program OKRs

  • Monitor and escalate risks related to programs and portfolio.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, finance team, engineering, and executive members for continuous demand management.

  • Support change management initiatives, strategy implementation, and tools development.

  • Provide recommendations by connecting insights from different sources.

  • Facilitate effective decision making for executive leadership.

  • Communicate key updates to stakeholders and ensure transparency.

  • Drive progress, address risks, and manage dependencies.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5 years experience in Portfolio or Program Management in a large technology organization.

  • Strong analytical skillset, ability to interpret data and drive meaningful insights

  • Literacy in financial modeling/analysis; should be able to connect strategy to financial results.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to mediate and influence without authority, advanced or expert PowerPoint and visual presentation skills to clearly communicate, at all levels, in verbal and written form.

  • Ability to host meetings, create agendas, maintain clear meeting notes, follow up to ensure others complete their assigned actions.

  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the big picture.

  • Excellent at building relationships and inspiring others.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.

  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
