You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and status reporting of projects from initiation to implementation. Responsible for handling resources, change requests, risks and issues to ensure that maximum business benefits are maintained. Provides regular project status updates.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Develops project plans and ensures that the scope and approach are fully understood by all partners

  • Identifies and tracks key project achievements

  • Ensures all systems of record for project reporting are kept current, and directs and monitors work efforts on a regular basis

  • Ensures accurate reflection of project budgets, forecasts and actuals within project and program management tools

  • Monitors and communicates progress of project delivery by cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues

  • Ensures effective change control procedures and processes are efficiently used to retain control on scope, schedule and cost

  • Drives processes and execution oversight for ECSI projects and teams. Enables team productivity and agility by demonstrating Agile/Scrum concepts and principles where appropriate.

  • Ensures dependency alignment across teams.

  • Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives to support the strategy, vision and road map

  • Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users.

  • Create metrics driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics.

  • Raises impediments, handles risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs.

  • Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 3 years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility.

  • Technical Certification, Agile Certification or Certified Scrum Master a plus.
