Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

The Senior Associate – Digital Product Management will execute critical initiatives across the Digital Data ecosystem. Specifically, this role will focus on the efficient delivery of key regulatory and growth-related initiatives across the Digital Data platform, including partnering with lines of business, product teams, and second line partners. Through the coordinated delivery of end-to-end solutions and process enhancements, this role will execute critical near-term goals, while designing a new way of working with the modern Digital Tracking Platform for internal and external partners alike.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of data and analytics products from concept to launch.

  • Analyze user trends, customer feedback, and market data to inform product decisions.

  • Create innovative data products and develop an inspiring vision and roadmap to mature these data products.

  • Partner with the data scientist, marketing, and business team to define the KPIs, deliver the robust tagging solution using Adobe and data layers, and test and validate the end-to-end implementation.

  • Must be hands-on and work as part of technical analytics team for data framework implementations using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Mobile SDKs, Adobe APIs, and corresponding features.

  • Define clear and actionable problem statements to help teams deliver results, capable of thin-slice MVP grooming, story writing with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Responsible for the product lifecycle, overseeing the design and build, proposing enhancements and changes, monitoring the product for anomalies, and retiring the product when the time is right.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Tag Management System, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Platform, ContentSquare experience preferred.

  • We are looking for a creative problem solver with exceptional analytical and organizational skills and a proven track record of driving strategies to improve user engagement and product performance. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in product management, data and analytics, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

  • You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, think critically about complex problems, and be comfortable working across teams.

  • Your ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively will be essential as you collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, from product to engineering to marketing.   • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related filed.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a data product role, demonstrating a track record of delivering actionable insights.

  • Knowledge of modeling database schemas for large datasets and metadata-driven enterprise reporting platforms is preferred.

  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, Mural, etc.)

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
