In this role you will be part of a team responsible for managing our Global Asset Management Data & Reporting functions, spanning 46 markets, 64 offices, and over 100K devices.

You’ll be expected to collaborate with our business leaders and partners to support and craft our data vision, drive our roadmap, prioritize, and sequence work, and lead with authenticity all phases of the iteration process, and cross-functional collaboration.

Our mandate is to leverage data and reporting in a way the helps our Digital Workplace colleagues make great decisions throughout the entire organization: tactical, strategic, and executive.

Key Responsibilities

Core Product Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and representing user needs.

  • Define Product Vision and Roadmap​

  • Define and track Objectives and Key results​

  • Works with customers, key partners, and colleagues to define a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap

  • Monitors, understands and applies new trends and market standard methodologies

  • Communicates and build consensus across disciplines in crafting the product roadmap

  • Leads the work to define and articulate a long-term product strategy and roadmap with clearly defined business metrics and targets

  • Identify risks, challenges, opportunities and business integration needs

  • Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope

  • Translates product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria

  • In conjunction with Director, leads the creation of a Product Backlog for a specific product

  • Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog consistent with Outcomes and Product Roadmap and performs story elaboration with the implementation team

  • Partners the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate new solutions

  • Works closely with analytics and uses internal data tools to understand measure success and impact to critical metrics

  • Reviews/demonstrates sprint-related or general functionality with external partners and customers, including the Director of Product Management and other colleagues

  • Coordinates communications and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog or development lifecycle

  • Designs, develops and manages activities for a product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life

  • Manages the features backlog by identifying and prioritizing features and capabilities through direct input with customers, analysts, developers and architects and domain knowledge

Scope of Impact/Influence

  • Main interface between the Global Asset Management (GAM) Stakeholders and GAM Data Team product development

  • Both product and technology focused and will be responsible for our Global Data & Reporting functionality within Global Asset Management.

  • Responsible for driving product outcomes related to Global Asset Management goals.

  • While role is an Individual Contributor, will be required to build a following within the data team and informally lead within the team and across Global Asset Management

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within data/reporting teams, with formal or informal leadership

  • Proven strategic and analytical thought leadership and in a data reporting role and ability to translate data into tactical, strategic, and executive dashboards.

  • Ability to continuously deliver results in a dynamic environment and navigate high levels of ambiguity comfortably.

  • Knowledge of Internal tools and reporting platforms (Power BI, ServiceNow, NexThink, SCCM, JAMF).

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and highly proficient across MS Office applications

  • Must have excellent communication, relationship building and influencing skills

  • Self-starter who can function effectively within a diverse and globally dispersed team

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
