How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Provide reporting support to the Sales and Marketing & TA&O Americas recruitment teams including the delivery of standard and ad hoc reporting requests

  • Work with various risk and compliance groups to provide data and reports that show adherence to our policy and processes to minimize company risk

  • Serve as a recruiting metrics subject matter expert where the integration and/or deployment of recruitment data is necessary

  • Use data to provide learning analytics and measure success of overall programs.

  • Design and create sophisticated PowerPoint presentations for various team members to be shared with senior stakeholders and business leaders

  • Design and deliver training on tools and systems for the recruitment community

  • Support Recruiter development from both an AXP onboarding and best practices perspective.

  • Assist with designing and facilitate team-based training programs and initiatives.

  • Build and leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within CEG and across the Enterprise.

  • Develop a point of view of external landscape to inform project strategy and standard methodologies (research, data, industry benchmarks etc.).

  • Maintain recruitment platforms to ensure accuracy of materials and resources.

  • Collaborate with multiple groups across the talent COE and CEG to produce relevant content for our teams.

  • Experience with Taleo/Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) is strongly preferred

  • Recruitment experience and/or training experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expert level with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong critical thinking and ability.

  • Intellectual curiosity to find opportunities and solve problems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Passion for creating outstanding colleague and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
