We are seeking an innovative Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong technology mind-set. This individual should be well versed in applying data driven insights for use in reporting and driving relevant outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Engineers, Architects, Leadership and other key partners, to ensure completeness and efficiency of solutions while ensuring alignment to standards. Delivering value-based outcomes using Agile practices and processes is key to this role, equally important is the ability to understand the products and functionality in support of platforms within Technology.

In this role you will actively drive processes and execution as part of the Global Risk and Compliance Product Delivery and Integration Team supporting delivery enablement. Directly support and lead engineering teams’ agility by demonstrating Agile/Scrum concepts and principles to support successful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Agile events that help the Engineering team deliver value incrementally and iteratively

  • Driving the Engineering team's contribution throughout the Program Increment (PI) through coaching and facilitating team level events

  • Supporting the team in achieving the PI objectives and improves the team’s long-term performance via coaching and encouraging continuous improvement in ways of working

  • Supporting and coaching Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done, coaching on writing user stories, supports decision making and cultivates continuous delivery of business value to end users

  • Proactively identifying and maintaining visibility around gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies and recommend solutions. Ensures impediments are visible and handled through to resolution, raising up when vital

  • Ownership of practices for identifying, tracking, discussing, and resolving cross-team dependencies within the team, identify owners of a dependency on some occasions. Uses coaching and facilitation to enable team to use dependency management techniques to drive delivery

  • Improving the performance of the team (e.g., reaction time and solutioning) by encouraging innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of standard practices

  • Influencing without authority through effective change and leadership management

  • Respectfully and purposefully challenge the norms

  • Living the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles

  • Championing constant learning to drive improvements and standardization

  • Inspiring collaboration and quality practices between system architects, Agile teams, and product teams

  • Promoting compliance with SDLC standards across the team

  • Ensuring data integrity for the team within the Agile Management tools

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology related subject area or equivalent experience required

  • 3-5 years of experience with a consistent track record of growing responsibility

  • Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality

  • Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing

  • Excellent oral and written skills; Ability to efficiently communicate across product, technology and business partners

  • Ability to deliver complex software iteratively and with quality

  • PMI Certification is a plus.Scrum Master Certification or demonstrated years of experience (expectation of Scrum Master Certification may be required within designated timeframe).

  • Experience using Rally delivery management platform is required

  • Experience with SDLC Methodologies & Practice

  • Deep understanding of Agile at Scale or iterative development processes, including quality and testing standard practices

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
