Lead Treasury Applications Support Analyst
What does a successful Lead Treasury Applications Support Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a successful Lead Treasury Applications Support Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our Treasury functions, including ACH/PEP+, ARP/MS, Wires, and Real-Time payment processing. You will provide top-tier application and technology support by expertly resolving issues within the application, infrastructure, networks, and file transmissions. Your dedication and critical thinking skills will help maintain seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction in a highly dynamic and challenging environment.
What you will do:
Collaborate with architects, software engineers, business systems analysts, and testing engineers to deliver high-quality solutions in the financial treasury space
Validate application deployments to ensure they meet defined scope, target dates, and budgets with minimal or no defects
Maintain and support complex payment processing applications, providing rotational 24x7 support and responding to incident alerts in a timely manner, including outside normal business hours
Diagnose and resolving issues impacting hardware, software and networks collaborating directly with clients and escalating when necessary
Develop and improve processes and procedures to enhance support team efficiency and resolution times
Participate in operational readiness initiatives, disaster recovery exercises, and business continuity planning
What you will need to have:
5+ years of experience in Treasury functions such as ACH/PEP+, ARP/SMS, Wires, and Real-time payment processing
5 years of experience applying ITIL best practices for service operations, including root cause analysis, problem, change, and incident management
Proven expertise in high transaction volume systems, with familiarity in all phases of the Software development Life Cycle (SLDC) and Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot across the entire technology stack
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; or a minimum of 5 years of experience in production operational support
What would be great to have:
4+ years of experience with NACHA and FED Wire payments processing, demonstrating solid business acumen
3+ years of direct experience with ServiceNow, and industry-standard monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and ExtraHop
Working knowledge of file transmission protocols relevant to various products
ITIL certification or equivalent experience, with a proven focus on continuous self-improvement
